Neon's are great for Spring and Summer because it makes your skin look so tan! I found this polish at Rite aid for 3.99 which I thought was amazing. I was disappointed with the color pay off, I had to apply three coats for it to be even. It was also very streaking until I put a topcoat on to smooth everything out. I also found that if you do not let one coat dry completely until you apply the next one, it some how takes away the color. It is like a white board marker when you draw a line, and go back over it, it disappears. But thankfully this polish dry's fast so it didn't take me forever to paint my nails. I put "dry's matte" in the pros and cons because sometimes I like the matte effect but with neon's I always tend to like them very shiny. All in all I thought it was an ok polish, I just love the color. If you do not like the neon nails because they are too bright, adding designs on the nails with black and white polish tends to tone down the color. Below I show four different designs that are easy to do that helps to take away the Bright neon "in your face color."
